By designing specific primers and using a super-multiplex PCR library building system, the nucleic acid sequences and drug resistance genes of target pathogens are enriched by targeted amplification, and then detected by high-throughput sequencing method, thus realizing a new method of accurate pathogen detection with a broad spectrum.
