By designing specific primers and using a super-multiplex PCR library preparation system, pathogens gene sequences and drug resistance genes of target pathogens are enriched by targeted amplification, and then detected by high-throughput sequencing method, thus realizing a new method of accurate pathogen detection with a broad spectrum.
